DepEd Balanga City showed its full support in the 5th Philippine Bird Festival headed by Mr. Jessie D. Ferrer,Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Officer-in-Charge, Dr. Leonardo Zapanta, Asst. to the Office of the ASDS, Education Supervisors, District Supervisors, School Heads, teachers and public elementary school pupils wearing bird’s hats and flag lets  waited for the fluvial parade and the arrival of guests in Wetland Park in Brgy. Tortugas as early as 6:00 am last October 09, 2009.
